Along with the academic needs we see in our classroom communities, our students exhibit a variety of behavioral needs. In some cases, your classroom management plan will address those needs, but what do you do when that's not enough for a particular student? This module will help you differentiate your classroom management plan in order to target specific behaviors that you identify in individual students. A successful differentiated behavior management plan should reduce the frequency or impact of a specific, targeted behavior. By the end of the module, you will have differentiated a plan to support a student or small group of students to ensure that ALL students in the classroom are on-task and focused on academic achievement.
