A strong school culture is one of the foundations of a school’s success and a direct predictor of student achievement. Along with data driven instruction, school culture systems determine a school’s instructional capacity - the upper bounds of how successfully your school can teach its students.  

In this course, Principal Supervisors will engage side by side with their principals in the Leading Student Culture content to articulate, refine and build the systems and trainings to realize their vision for student culture across a network of schools.

As supervisors, you will also engage in content designed to give you the tools to apply the “See it. Name it. Do it” framework to coaching principals around building and maintaining a thriving student culture.
