Exceptional school leaders succeed because of how they use their time, what they do, and how and when they do it. After data driven instruction and managing school culture, observation and feedback is one of the highest leverage uses of school leaders’ time.

In this course you will be introduced to the “See it. Name it. Do it.” model of giving feedback, an efficient model to provide feedback so that teachers see a model of success, see the gaps in their teaching, name their action step and plan and practice for its implementation.  

In this course, Principal Supervisors will engage side by side with their principals in the Introduction to Observation Feedback content to identify the highest lever action steps for a number of different teachers using video case studies. Supervisors will also apply this process to picking to highest leverage action steps for principals and using the “See it. Name it. Do it.” model of giving feedback to coach principals.
