Full course description
The job of principal is arguably one of
the most challenging and interrupted jobs anywhere. A principal can
invest a tremendous amount of blood, sweat, and tears into the work of a
school without ever being in a classroom. Many people and programs
focus on school leadership, but do not provide a path for how to put
this together to actually execute on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
In this course, you will learn that by intentionally planning the use
of your time as an instructional leader, you can lock in instructional
and cultural leadership and learn to defend or regroup your time from
distractions that don't advance results for students.
