Full course description
Exceptional school leaders succeed 
because of how they use their time, what they do, and how and when they 
do it. After data driven instruction and managing school culture, 
observation and feedback is one of the highest leverage uses of school 
leaders’ time. 
        In this course you will be introduced
 to the “See it. Name it. Do it.” model of giving feedback, an efficient
 model to provide feedback so that teachers see a model of success, see 
the gaps in their teaching, name their action step and plan and practice
 for its implementation.
