Leaders who truly move the needle on student achievement are highly responsive to the needs of their school community. They are constantly checking the pulse of the school: gathering and reviewing data, identifying bright spots to replicate, narrowing their focus to specific gaps, and generating action plans to respond. In this course, participants will select the sessions that will be highest leverage for their school and leadership based on the data they have collected over the course of the year.
